An equine facilitated experience offers unique team-building and leadership training working with horses to boost self-awareness, communication, and leadership. Through this workshop, your team will develop better self and team awareness, improve communication and leadership, as well as learn how to better understand and work with their team dynamic. Working with horses helps develop better awareness, improve communication, and understand team dynamics. This unmounted activity elevates team dynamics, and is deigned for teams between 4 - 12 participants.
